Your pool is unique (and not to mention an expensive piece of property). We recognize the value of communication and strive to go above and beyond when communicating with our customers. To help ensure consistency, we turned to Skimmer. This program allows us to fully customize the service checklist for every pool so that our technicians know exactly what to expect when entering your yard and precisely what service they need to provide for your pool specifically. Have a special request, something you would like us to do weekly? Not a problem! Using Skimmer, we can add it directly to the technician's service checklist; this way, our service is as consistent as it is thorough. All service tiers include service reports emailed to you directly after each visit. The reports will provide details on all service info, water analysis reports, chemicals added, and any repairs needed.

In addition to service emails, we regularly send out emails to all of our customers with recommendations and tips regarding pool care. Not only does this help to keep our customers up to date with our practices, but it also helps our customers ensure their pool is taken care of even when we're not there. Examples include the service we will be providing and products we will be using in an upcoming change of season, what to do when we have lots of rain or wind (and how inclement weather affects pool water).

100% Accurate Chemical Readings
Using the WaterLink® Spin Touch® photometer, we can get 100% accurate readings for free, combined & total chlorine/bromine/salt levels, PH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, phosphates, copper, and iron levels in 60 seconds! This tool allows us to get the full picture of your pool water chemistry. We provide this service free of charge to our customers at regular intervals. Test results will be sent in a service report to your email. During regular service, we use a professional-grade Taylor water test kit.
Powering Through Debris
With the Riptide Pool Vacuum System, we can power through debris thoroughly and efficiently. With the 65-micron vacuum bag, we can easily vacuum debris 1.5 times smaller than the width of a human hair.
CPO Certified
Our Technicians are all CPO certified (each achieving test scores of 100%) by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.
The Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification program is the world’s leading education and certification program providing individuals with the knowledge, techniques, and skills required to keep pools clean and safe.
This program is the most recognized operator training program and includes 14–16 hours of instruction in pool and spa chemistry, testing, treatment, filtration, maintenance, automatic feeding equipment, and government requirements. CPO Certification is valid for five years.
